The APP applies for the background positioning permission, so that the user can still use the functions such as approaching the door and tapping the door to open the door when the APP switches to the background, so as to realize the convenient opening of the door. Users want to use the function of convenient door opening. If the APP does not apply for the above positioning permissions and background positioning permissions, the function of adding access control equipment and the function of convenient door opening cannot be realized.

By using Fobzz's smart access control system ("System"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Release of Liability Statement. Please read this statement carefully before utilizing the System. This Release of Liability Statement applies to Fobzz, its employees, associates, agents, representatives, and all other related parties ("Fobzz").
Assumption of Responsibility:
You understand and acknowledge that the use of the Fobzz System involves the management and control of access to certain areas, properties, and facilities. You assume full responsibility for the installation, configuration, and utilization of the System in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
No Liability for Damages or Losses:
You agree that Fobzz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Fobzz System, even if Fobzz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Security and Data Integrity:
Fobzz takes security and data integrity seriously. However, you acknowledge that Fobzz cannot guarantee the security of the System against unauthorized access, hacking, or other cyber threats. You agree that Fobzz shall not be responsible for any security breaches, data breaches, or unauthorized access to the System.
Third-Party Integration and Services:
Fobzz may offer integration with third-party systems, services, or products. You acknowledge and agree that Fobzz shall not be liable for any issues, disputes, damages, or losses arising from the integration with third-party offerings, even if facilitated through the Fobzz System.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fobzz, its employees, associates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of your use of the Fobzz System, violation of these terms, or any third-party claims related to the System.

The Fobzz System is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fobzz disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fobzz reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Release of Liability Statement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this statement periodically for changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Release of Liability Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this statement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Folrida USA, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. By using the Fobzz System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release of Liability Statement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Fobzz system, services or products.
